Commitment to Inclusion & Diversity

At MGH and BIDMC, we believe that diversity and inclusion are core to our mission. Our institutions are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the diverse communities we serve and to promoting equitable care. An important component of this mission is supporting and expanding the diversity of our training program with respect to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and disability. To that end, we welcome applications from candidates across the spectrum of residency training programs, and we are pleased to welcome Dr. Josanna Rodriguez-Lopez, Equity Director for the MGH Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care, to our fellowship recruitment committee.
